Who I Am

My name is Daniel Rodgers, and one of my greatest passions is helping people step into the life they’ve always hoped for. I’ve always seen myself as an underdog—shaped by humble beginnings and a deep understanding of what it feels like to wonder if your voice truly matters.
I began my career as a bank teller, an opportunity that unexpectedly opened the door to financial literacy and hands-on experience in banking, investing, insurance, and financing. Those skills, combined with my wife’s leadership and vision, led us to acquire and grow K’s Wig Shop, a business dedicated to supporting women, men, and children experiencing hair loss.
Along that journey, I was accepted into the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, a moment that validated my understanding of entrepreneurship and expanded my perspective even further.
Working alongside other business owners—watching them solve challenges, grow, and thrive—revealed something important to me: I do my best work when I’m helping others gain clarity, uncover solutions, and access the right resources.
That experience showed me how vital community is for business owners. Having people who validate your vision, challenge your thinking, and walk alongside you can change everything. I know that firsthand—and it’s why I’m passionate about offering that same support to others.
I believe wholeheartedly that everyone deserves to be heard, supported, and validated—especially those who lead quietly, carry their dreams internally, or spend most of their time lifting others up without receiving the same encouragement in return.
